OVH storage pricing is two products wearing one search

People type OVH storage pricing and land on a VPS table, an object-storage page, or both. They are not the same bill. This site tracks the machine, not the bucket.

On the VPS plans we store, disk is included: Starter 40 GB, Value 80 GB, Essential 160 GB, Comfort 240 GB. That disk is the server's own SSD. You do not add a per-GB storage line to boot the box. See the live rows on the OVHcloud VPS page.

Object storage (and extra block volumes) is the other product. You pay for gigabytes you attach or upload, on top of the VPS. We do not keep a dated series of that meter, so we will not invent a cents-per-GB number here. If your quote is for backups or an S3-style bucket, read OVH's storage page, not our VPS matrix.

If you wanted a European server with more disk, start with the VPS, not the bucket. Contabo's tracked tiers ship 100–400 GB on the box. Hetzner CPX31 is 160 GB. Object storage is the right tool for files that should outlive one VM. It is a clumsy way to give WordPress or Postgres more room.
